These Terms explain the conditions that apply when you use the Senru app and the Senru website. Please read them together with the Privacy Policy.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Senru, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Senru.
These Terms are between you and CLYR Inc. They may be supplemented by the terms of the platform or store through which you obtained the app.
If you obtained Senru through Apple's App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement or other App Store terms that apply to your download and use of the app. Apple states that apps made available through the App Store are licensed, not sold, to users.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory App Store terms, the mandatory App Store terms apply to the extent of that conflict.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, CLYR Inc. grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Senru for your own task management purposes on devices you own or control, as permitted by the applicable platform rules.
We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of Senru, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
You retain ownership of the task content you enter into Senru. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and suitability of that content.
Do not enter content that violates laws or the rights of others, or that you are not authorized to store or sync through your device or iCloud account.
You agree not to use Senru or the website to:
Senru is a productivity tool. It is not an emergency alert system. Notifications, widgets, Live Activities, background refresh, iCloud sync, and Siri or Shortcuts integrations may be delayed, unavailable, or affected by device settings, network conditions, battery state, Focus modes, platform behavior, or third-party services.
You are responsible for independently tracking critical deadlines and for checking that any reminders you rely on are configured correctly.
Senru uses or may interact with Apple services such as iCloud, CloudKit, notifications, Siri, Shortcuts, widgets, and Live Activities. The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and may use Cloudflare Web Analytics. These external services are provided by their respective providers and are subject to their own terms and policies.
We are not responsible for the availability, operation, accuracy, or policies of external services.
If Senru offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases in the future, those purchases will be handled through the applicable app store or payment provider. Billing, cancellation, and refunds may be governed by that provider's terms unless we state otherwise.
Senru, the website, visual design, logos, text, software, and related materials are owned by CLYR Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our brand assets or materials except as allowed by law or with our permission.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue Senru or the website at any time. We may also update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Senru and the website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that Senru will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that reminders, sync, notifications, or displayed information will always be accurate or timely.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CLYR Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of Senru or the website.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection laws.
You may stop using Senru at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to Senru or the website if you violate these Terms or if required to protect users, the app, the website, or legal rights.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes arising from or related to these Terms, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
